As a qualitative researcher, I help organizations understand shifts in business, culture, and technology. As a design strategist, I use those insights to develop new products, services, and brand experiences.
Most recently, I worked for Ziba, a design and innovation consultancy that specializes in front-end innovation. Prior to that, I was the Associate Director of Research at R/GA, a full-service agency specializing in digital transformation. Before that, I led the consultancy practice at PSFK, a hybrid agency that combines custom research with events and editorial.
I help organizations do four things:
1) See the big picture: Identify emerging technologies, consumer behaviors, and market shifts through trend analysis, cultural insight, and strategic foresight. Turn uncertainties into opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
2) Connect with users: Conduct deep, generative research that reveals the behaviors and motivations of consumers. Identify the overlap between user needs and organizational goals to inspire meaningful solutions.
3) Develop new ideas: Facilitate collaborative ideation workshops and co-creation sessions that challenge conventional thinking. Create environments where teams can safely explore and generate boundary-pushing concepts.
4) Create actionable strategies: Develop clear frameworks that bridge the gap between vision and execution. Guide clients from intent to action, enabling them to confidently bring ideas to market.
